Common Questions

How quickly will my order ship?

We roast to order and ship within 48 hours of receiving your request. Most deliveries within Poland arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Poland. We're working on expanding to other European countries.

Can I visit your roasting location?

We operate a small roasting facility and don't currently offer public tours. However, we occasionally host tasting events—join our mailing list to be notified.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Do you offer wholesale or café partnerships?

Yes. Send us an email with details about your business and we can discuss options for wholesale pricing and regular deliveries.
